It is situated just 3 km from the city centre and the beaches. The proximity of an important commercial area and its easy approach make this hotel the ideal place for your holidays, offering accomodation in suites of 1 or 2 bedrooms or juniorsuites, equipped with 1 separate living room, bathroom with Jacuzzi or shower and a spacious balcony or terrace with wonderful sea or Mount Teide views. They also have air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, SatTV, two single beds or king size beds, rental safe, refrigerator and a kitchenette (extra charge). - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
