Located on the beautiful islsnd of Gran Canaria and close to the beach, shopping centres and supermarkets, this comfortable hotel is an excellent base for a sea vacation in Spain. The Airport is just 20 km away, and the popular Maspalomas Beach is 2 km away. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a terrace for fun sea activities in the comfort of the complex. The apartments will make any visitor feel right at home, as they are furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette, where guests can prepare their own food, and sitting areas and private balconies, where they can enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink.Mandatory deposit at reception of 100 eur per apartment on arrival , in respect of possible destruction of interior furnishings , which will be returned if the day of departure the apartment is in perfect conditions.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
