The complex lies in the tourist resort of Cala'n Blanes. The apartments enjoy a privileged location in Los Delfines, the centre of the resort, yet with quiet surrounds away from the chaotic commercial centre. Within a few minutes' walk are a diversity of facilities such as shopping centres, restaurants and amenities for children in Cala'n Forcat. The nearest beach is 600 m from the hotel. The apartment complex of menorquín style is distributed in two floors and comprises a total of 36 apartments. Guests can enjoy the services of currency exchange, parking area, pool, sun terrace and bar. The apartments additionally feature a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. There is a swimming pool in the grounds.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
