Las Dunas is a residential complex in Oliva Nova, located at about 150 metres from the beach and from the Equestrian Centre (MET). The distance to the football pitches and the Shopping Centre Oliva Nova is about 1500 metres. Las Dunas consists of 39 bungalows with parking included and 176 apartments distributed around a large green area. All of them are fully furnished and the kitchen comes fully equipped, including dishwasher. Moreover, there is air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV with international channels apart from the national DTTV and free Premium Wi-Fi connection.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
