Nach etwa 10 km erreichen Sie den Flughafen von Lanzarote.Die Apartmentanlage verfügt über insgesamt 21 Wohneinheiten sowie eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Ein Empfangsbereich und ein Minimarkt sind vorhanden.Alle Unterkünfte verfügen über Bad, Sat.-/Kabel-TV, Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Mietsafe sowie Balkon oder Terrasse.In der Außenanlage befindet sich ein Pool mit Liegestühlen. Nach ca. 45 m erreichen Sie den Golfplatz. Am Strand können Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle gemietet werden.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
