This apartment complex is centrally located just 500 m from the nearest sand/ pebble beach. An abundance of shops are also just 500 m from the hotel as are restaurants and links to the public transport network. The nearest nightclubs are 2 km away. This complex comprises a total of 44 apartments spread over 2 floors. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a public Internet connection, and a currency exchange facility. Further facilities include a TV room and a bicycle hire service. The comfortable apartments come with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV (added fee), a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a lounge area. The apartments are cleaned after they have been vacated by guests. Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool, the poolside snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and a sun terrace. It is possible to play billiards, snooker or golf (course is approximately 25 km away).

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
