Description

This simple apartment complex is located close to the tourist centre as well as the town centre of Puerto del Carmen. It is just a short 700 metre walk to the beach and there is a nightclub as well as links to the public transport network about 800 m away. Built in 1980, the complex offers a total of 24 accommodation units a safe, a currency exchange facility, a car parking and a garage. The apartments each have a bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge and a minigolf. Guests may take advantage of the freshwater swimming pool with a pool bar, sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
