Los apartamentos se encuentran a una distancia ideal de la oferta local. Hay tiendas a lo largo del principal paseo marítimo y cerca se encuentran restaurantes, bares y discotecas. El puerto y el centro urbano están a solo 400 m. Otros servicios disponibles son paradas de autobús y taxi, que se encuentran en la principal calle de la playa, además de supermercados y una lavandería. El aeropuerto está a unos 10 minutos de trayecto del establecimiento. Se trata de un complejo pequeño y tranquilo que comprende un total de 19 apartamentos, con una piscina común y agradables jardines. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
