Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, ca. 600 m vom Playa del Albir entfernt. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Flughafen Alicante liegt in einer Entfernung von etwa 60 km.Das 2006 renovierte Aparthotel verfügt auf 4 Etagen über insgesamt 24 Zimmer, davon 10 Studios und 14 Apartments sowie über eine Parkanlage. Der geräumige Empfangsbereich bietet 24 Std. Rezeption, Hotelsafe, Wechselstube und 2 Aufzüge. Im klimatisierten Gebäude befinden sich ein Kiosk, ein Minimarkt, eine Bar und ein Spielzimmer sowie Konferenzeinrichtungen.
