Description

This hotel enjoys a quiet location, about 600 m from Playa del Albir. The nearest links to the public transport network, bars, restaurants and shops lie only a few steps from the hotel. Alicante airport is approximately 60 km away. Renovated in 2006, the hotel comprises a total of 24 rooms, of which ten are studios and 14 are apartments, spread across four floors, in addition to parklands. The spacious lobby offers a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and two lifts. Furthermore, the air-conditioned hotel includes a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a bar, a games room, and conference facilities. Guests are also free to make use of the Albir Salux physiotherapy clinic. Room and laundry services are also available, as is an Internet connection with W-LAN access. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available. 15 parking spaces are also available for those arriving by car (charges apply). - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
