This apartment complex enjoys a prime location in Benidorm's Rincón de Loix area, just 400 meters from Levante Beach and a short stroll from the vibrant town center. Guests will appreciate the wide array of nearby shops, bars, and restaurants. The complex offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and features a swimming pool for both adults and children, open from June 15th to September 15th. Apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a private balcony or terrace. Towels and linens are changed for stays longer than 11 days. TVs (Spanish channels only) and safes are available for rent. Key collection details are as follows: Fincas Benidorm (23 Madrid Avenue), Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm; Saturdays, 10 am to 1 pm. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
