The apartment situated is situated directly beside the Playa Levante beach just a few minutes walk from the centre of Benidorm with its shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot located about 100 m away, whilst transfer to Alicante Airport takes approximately 55 minutes. This air-conditioned complex comprises a total of 88 suites, a bar and a restaurant. The welcoming air-conditioned rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a minibar/ fridge, a separate bedroom, a separate living room, a balcony, a hire safe and central heating. Suites with connecting doors are available for larger families. The outdoor complex offers guests a heated swimming pool and a sun terrace.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
