Perto da Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio, da praça Los Luceros e a poucos minutos da Estação Ferroviária. A apenas 15 minutos a pé da famosa praia 'El Postiguet', do passeio Esplanada e do porto. Também perto das Instalações Desportivas Municipais (centro de tecnificação, piscinas, etc. ), tornando-o um local ideal para estadias desportivas, turísticas e de negócios. Bem ligado às principais vias de acesso e transportes da cidade. Temos estacionamento coberto no mesmo edifício. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
