Functional and pleasant hotel located in the city center, on a quiet street near to several restaurants, shops and other services. Close to Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio, Los Luceros square, and a few minutes from the Railway Station. Just 15 min. walking from the well-known beach 'El Postiguet', Esplanada promenade and the harbor. Also close to the Municipal Sports Facilities (Technification center, swimming pools, etc. ), making it an ideal location for sports, tourist and business stays. Well connected with the main access roads and transport in the city. We have covered parking in the same building. Spacious and comfortable rooms (some family rooms) fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay for our customers. Air-conditioned hotel with free Wi-Fi.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
