Description

The aparthotel is situated a few metres from Levante Beach and only 100 metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as public transport. It is 30 minutes' walking distance from the old town and Benidorm centre. The nearest golf course is only 5 km away. This aparthotel, with a familiar and cosy atmosphere, has a building of 15 floors and a total of 40 one-bedroom apartments. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange service, left luggage service, 2 lifts and a bar-café with satellite television. Younger guests will enjoy the playground. The apartments are equipped with a complete kitchen including electric hob, oven, fridge and utensils. The units also have a complete bathroom, lounge with television (local charge), heating, safe box (local charge) and terrace. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
