These pleasant apartments are located less than 1. 5 km from a 4 km stretch of soft, white sandy beach, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Public transport is within walking distance, and a nature reserve is nearby. Situated between Rota and Chipiona on the Costa de la Luz, the apartments are in one of the best areas of Cadiz province, spread across several buildings. Swimming pools are open during July and August. One pet (maximum 15 kg) is permitted per apartment for a €50 supplement per stay. The tastefully furnished apartments feature a lounge, kitchen, two or three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a terrace. Reception is open from 5 PM to 9 PM. For check-in after 9 PM, there's a €12/hour surcharge. Please contact Costa Ballena staff (+34 677 041 622) at least one day before arrival. Guests can enjoy the Costa Ballena Golf Club and, during summer, the Costa Ballena Sailing School. The area offers many attractions year-round.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
