This attractive apartment complex is located in a quiet, although central, location, right in the tourist area of Playa de las Américas. The complex lies within minutes of the beach and the town centre. Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 m away). The inviting sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea are approximately 200 m away, the beach promenade is also nearby and the main beach is 700 m away. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, a diversity bars and buzzing nightlife venues are located in the hotel's neighbourhood. The resort has been built in the Canarian style in 1982, and renovated in 1999. The units consist of bungalows, 1 bedroom apartments and studios, surrounded by magnificent gardens.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
