Located on a main road, this apartment complex is situated directly in the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas. The nearest public transport links, countless shops, bars and restaurants lie in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the sport harbour Colon are some 300 m from the complex. Built in 1986 and renovated in 2002, the apartment complex has a total of 157 rooms spread over 7 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and lifts. The complex also offers a self-service laundrette (charges apply), car parking and Internet access. The welcoming apartments/ studios come with a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a combined living and sleeping room and satellite TV (for an additional fee). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
