It is situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. It is a small complex of 16 one bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom with a very good situation. There is a reception at the disposal. Each apartment consists in a lounge/dinning/kitchen room with terrace or balcony, a full bathroom, a twin bedded room and the sofa can be converted in a 3rd bed for a child under 12 years. The swimming pool has a separate area for children, with a nice sunbathing area, protected from the wind, where the guests can relax and enjoy the Canarian sun.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
