Description

The apartment complex is located in the holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen, just 1.5 km from the town centre. The sprawling sandy beach and the lively beach promenade that features countless shops, cafés, bars and restaurants is 700 away. This apartment complex was built in 1984 and comprises 42 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a reception desk and a small supermarket. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park and garage. The sparsely furnished apartments come with a combined living and sleeping room, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace. They also come with a fridge and a hire safe. In the outdoor area are 2 freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar. Local providers on the beach offer windsurfing and diving courses.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
