O aparthotel situa-se à entrada de Conil de la Frontera, a poucos metros do centro da cidade e a aproximadamente 1 km da Playa los Bateles. A localização do hotel proporciona acesso fácil e conveniente às célebres praias da área. Até ao aeroporto de Jerez são cerca de 85 km e até ao aeroporto de San Pablo são aproximadamente 230 km. O aparthotel foi construído em 2009 e compreende um total de 28 habitações, um hall de entrada com recepção, cofre, um café-bar com esplanada, um restaurante, estacionamento e instalações para conferências. O edifício conta também com elevador, acesso à Internet sem fios e serviço de quartos. Os apartamentos bem iluminados e virados para o exterior contemplam um ou dois quartos e janelas amplas. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
