Este hotel de esqui está situado numa aldeia de montanha, que se encontra no coração da Serra da Estrela, aninhada na paisagem urbana das Penhas da Saúde. A uma altitude de 1500 m, a aldeia é composta pelo hotel e pelos chalés de montanha e fica a apenas 10 minutos do Vodafone Ski Resort. Um pouco abaixo da aldeia de montanha, o hotel Varanda dos Carqueijais situa-se com vista para a Cova da Beira. O Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro fica a 300 km e o Aeroporto da Portela a cerca de 320 km do resort. Antes da sua renovação, este hotel já se tinha tornado uma referência para o turismo de neve em Portugal e era conhecido como o hotel de montanha com mais ambiente do país. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
