This beautiful cluster of traditional villas typical of the westside of the Algarve has a particular atmosphere. distinguistable by the familiar and very personal style. Combined its natural beauty with the tranquility of the surrounding offers you a place to relax and enjoy. Its location by the sea-5 minutes from the beach and to the center of the town Luz, provides peace and serenity which allows you to set one's mind at ease far from the turism masses. Only 5 minutes from the beach and Luz town center. It's an enjoyable development, very easy-going and relaxed since it has been designed to make you feel comfortably at home.It's a perfect holiday destination even if you come on your own and for those that like to organise their own time following or not our precious tips. The property has 32 well appointed double rooms carefully distributed by the main-buildind and 4 villas with two floors. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
