The tourist complex is situated on the coast of the municipality of Manilva, 1 km from the beach of Castillo de Sabinillas. Malaga Airport is approximately 95 km away. This apartment hotel was established in 2007 and is built in the style of a typical Andalusian village, on the site of an old vineyard. It comprises 7 low-rise apartment blocks with a total of 126 units. Guests can choose from apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 2-bedroom penthouses. All of the units are fitted with modern appliances and an array of commodities, so that guests will lack nothing during their stay. Visitors may enjoy a work-out in the gym, and there is a small SPA equipped with a sauna, a hot pool, a Turkish bath and an aromatic bath facility. The hotel features an open-air swimming pool for adults with a children's section. The sports area offers 2 paddle courts, mini golf and a lake.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
