Este confortável apart-hotel goza de uma localização estratégica, a dois minutos da praia e a poucos passos da vibrante área de vida noturna de Magalluf. Os apartamentos estão situados a aproximadamente 200 metros da praia de areia mais próxima. Várias lojas, bares, restaurantes e locais de entretenimento estão localizados nas proximidades. A capital da ilha, Palma, é facilmente acessível com o transporte público que se encontra em frente ao hotel. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
