These apartments are located in Ses Variadas, San Antonio (Ibiza), some 50 m from the sea, 5 min from the centre of the village, and just behind Café del Mar. The bus stop, lying just 500 m away, provides good connections to the rest of the island, including the various beaches. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying dinner in one of the several sunset bars. This complex is fully air-conditioned and offers a total of 50 holiday apartments. Facilities on offer include a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
