The apartment hotel is located on a hill in the area of Rincon de Loix. It is a fairly quiet area, only 300 m from shops, restaurants, banks, etc. It is located 800 m from the Levante beach. Alicante Airport is some 65 km from the establishment, while Murcia-San Javier Airport is roughly 128 km away. Valencia Airport is about 148 km away. The apartments each consist of one bedroom with 2 single beds. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
