The complex consists of 38 one- and two-room apartments, each with a dining and sitting area with flat-screen television, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, oven and fridge, and a private balcony with impressive panoramic views of Benidorm. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool and children's pool, or relax in the shade at the nearby gardens. The complex also offers the convenience of indoor parking, a game room and lift access. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
