Description

The villas are located in Son Carrio between Santandria and Cala Blanca, near the small beach of Santandria. There, guests may enjoy a wide range of restaurants, some of which offer breathtaking views over the sea. One restaurant is also built within a natural cave. Each of the 20 villas is surrounded by a small lawn and a terrace. The main entrance of the villas leads directly into a tastefully appointed, air-conditioned lounge/ dining room with modern cane seating and two doors, which open to the terrace. Via a corridor, guests will reach the living room with an open-plan kitchen, which features a fridge, a small oven, and hobs. There are also one or two air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds and en suite bathroom on the ground floor. A further air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds, a balcony with views over the pool, and a bathroom is located on the first floor. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
