Die Villen befinden sich in Son Carrio zwischen Santandria und Cala Blanca, in der Nähe des kleinen Strandes Santandria. Dort haben die Gäste eine reiche Auswahl an Restaurants, von denen einige einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer bieten und eines sogar in eine natürliche Höhle gebaut ist.Jede der 20 Villen ist von einer kleinen Grünfläche und einer Terrasse umgeben.Der Haupteingang der Villen führt direkt in einen geschmackvoll eingerichteten, klimatisierten Speise- und Aufenthaltsraum mit modernen Korbstühlen und 2 Türen, die auf die Terrasse führen. Durch einen Korridor gelangt man in das Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche. Dort stehen ein Kühlschrank, ein Herd und ein kleiner Backofen zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein oder zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und Badezimmer. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
