Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem großen Sportgelände des Ferienortes Oropesa. Etwa 190 m entfernt liegt das größte Thalasso- und Spa-Center von Marina DOr. Zum Stadtzentrum von Oropesa sind es ca. 1,5 km, hier gibt es auch einen Sand- und Kiesstrand. Das im Jahr 2006 eröffnete Hotel verfügt über insgesamt 51 Zimmer, davon 48 Doppelzimmer und 3 behindertengerechte Zimmer. In den beiden unteren Etagen befinden sich ein schönes und attraktives Einkaufszentrum und die öffentliche, elegante Cafeteria Blue. Außerdem steht den Gästen eine 24 h Rezeption zur Verfügung. Eine hoteleigene Garage ist nicht vorhanden, die Gäste können aber auf Anfrage und gegen Gebühr die Parkmöglichkeiten des zugehörigen Hotels in ca. 190 m Entfernung nutzen.
