The complex is made up of two buildings renovated in 2025 and separated by a public street: the Ponient Marinada (4*) (main building) and the Ponient Aparthotel Marinada (2*). The Ponient Marinada (4*) has 222 double and family rooms, all with a balcony, free Wi-Fi and safe. It offers breakfast, half-board or all-inclusive options and has a children's playground, a kids' club with a Splash park, two outdoor pools, a play area, a children's recreation area, a buffet restaurant and a bar. Day and night activities for kids and adults, as well as an immersive virtual reality experience. The Ponient Aparthotel Marinada (2*) has 81 studios with kitchen, dining area, private bathroom and balcony for 2, 3 or 4 people. Includes free Wi-Fi, safe, and breakfast or half-board options. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
