Description

This apartment complex is located directly by the marina of the city of La Manga in the Spanish region of Murcia. It is about 200 m to the beach of the freshwater lagoon Mar Menor, and the city centre. The nearest public transport stop is about 50 m from the hotel. This holiday complex was established in 2003. The pleasant apartments come with an en suite bathroom and a modern kitchenette with fridge, oven and microwave. All apartments with 1 bedroom include a combined living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, and a balcony. The 2 bedroom apartments includes 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room terrace and 2 bedrooms. There is a swimming pool for guests to take advantage of in the grounds of the complex, while the golf course is 5 km away. A wide range of water sporting activities is offered along the beach by local providers (charges apply).

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
