This hotel is ideally situated very close to the centre of Playa de Las Américas, in the South of Tenerife. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1.2 km from Los Cristianos, also, Tenerife Sur Airport is located just 14.4 kilometers. There is a plethora of bars, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
