This establishment is an apartment complex in L'Estartit's. It is situated only 150 metres from the broad, sandy beach in the delightful village of L'Estartit, which originated as a fishing village but has become one of Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. Girona Airport is about 45 km away and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 150 km away. All units open to a balcony or terrace from which guests can enjoy views of the charming village or the sea. Visitors are invited to take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool which has a children's swimming area. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
