O hotel situa-se no centro da cidade de Benidorm, apenas a cerca de 300 m da praia. Nas imediações existem inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes, bares e discotecas. O aeroporto de Alicante situa-se a 62 km de distância do hotel. O hotel, renovado em 2003, oferece aos seus hóspedes uma recepção e serviço de check-in 24 h por dia. As instalações gastronómicas incluem um bonito café, um agradável bar e um restaurante. Existe ainda uma sala de televisão. Os quartos funcionais compreendem casa de banho privativa com duche. As comodidades incluem ainda telefone com ligação directa, televisão via satélite/cabo, ar condicionado, cofre e varanda ou terraço. Na cuidada área exterior do hotel encontra-se uma piscina. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
