The tourist apartments - Mercado dos Poetas offer a concept, whose theme is evident in Portuguese literature and its most representative poets and poets. Located 15 minutes from the most emblematic monuments of the city, its privileged location in the historical center of the city of Porto, allows visitors to enjoy in full one of the oldest cities in Europe, classified as a World Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 1996. Our apartments are personalized allowing those who visit us to know a little of the history of these immortal writers.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
