Description

The hotel is located in Lloret de Mar, one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava with the best beaches, coarse sand and a deep blue, clean sea. Surrounded by hills, lush forests, rocky coasts and a wealth of sporting, social and tourist activities. The hotel is located 500 metres from the sea, a few steps away from the bars, restaurants and shops of the town centre. The famous 'Gran Casino Costa Brava' is 100 meters from our hotel. Vintage-Hotel Mercedes has a large swimming pool with sea view and bar, patio with garden and games room. Our guests can enjoy an emblematic tavern with show services, karaoke and discotheque. It also offers spaces and rooms to celebrate weddings, christenings, meetings, conferences, etc. The hotel includes a covered car park.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
