Die Stadt Aguadulce mit ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt in rund 1 km Entfernung und zum internationalen Flughafen von Almeria sind es etwa 18 km.Das Strandhotel wurde 2007 renoviert und besitzt insgesamt 27 Zimmer auf 3 Etagen. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
