This charming hotel combines the rural location in the village of Junco with the proximity to the town of Ribadesella, municipality awarded with the qualification of Tourist Excellence. The residence is situated amongst green fields and woods in a mound that dominates the estuary of the river Sella, within a distance of 50 metres from the Romanesque chapel of Our Lady of Junco. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
