This apartment complex is just 200 meters from a kilometer-long sandy beach, close to the center and commercial area with various shops and entertainment. Public transport is easily accessible, only 50 meters away, and the Serena Golf Course is a mere 300 meters from the property. The complex features a lagoon-style pool and private outdoor parking. A café and an à la carte restaurant are open from Holy Week until October. The welcoming apartments include a lounge-dining room, a separate kitchen, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace with pool or garden views. All apartments are fully equipped. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
