The swimming pool located in the Sky Lounge, a terrace on the roof top area with daytime access exclusively for guests staying in superior rooms and enjoying wide panoramic views of the surroundings. Finally, an indoor swimming pool at the SPA, next to the complex's gym. Relax in our Spa, with free access for all our guests, with indoor pool, whirlpool bath, hydrotherapy, sauna, Turkish bath, Scottish showers and treatment cabins. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
