The nearest beach lies is just 150 metres from the hotel and countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as public transport are all within walking distance of the hotel. The next tourist area is around 5 km from the hotel. The hotel was built in 1986 and offers a total of 11 apartments/studios on 2 floors as well as a 250 m² garden. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a safe for guests' valuables. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
