Description

This is one of L'Estartit's finest complexes. The establishment is situated in front of the beach - a sandy beach in the delightful village of L'Estartit. Originally a fishing village, it has become one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday areas. Guests will find bars and shopping around 100 m from the hotel, while further nightlife options are around 1 km away. This is an apartment complex with a communal garden and big swimming pool. It offers a total of 16 apartments. The hotel facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a garage. The apartments accommodate either 4-5 or 6-7 people and comprise two or three twin bedrooms, a dining-living room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a private bathroom as well as a spacious terrace. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
