Description

This privately owned hotel sits directly beside the 5-km Playa de Palma, a short distance from pedestrian areas with restaurants and bars. Public transport is 200 meters away, and Palma, the island's capital, is about 13 km away. Renovated in 2001, this beachside hotel has 90 rooms across five floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, two lifts, a bar, an air-conditioned non-smoking dining room, and a TV room. Guests can use the hotel car park and garage, bicycle hire and storage, and laundry service. Each welcoming, air-conditioned room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, safe, direct-dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, and a balcony or terrace. Outside, there's a heated swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, table tennis, billiards, and a gym. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away. An entertainment program is also available.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
