Description

This apartment complex is centrally situated in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje. The Gran Sur shopping centre with a big supermarket, cinemas, restaurant and shops is 500 metres from the complex. Guests can find a spa at only 300 metres which offers wide variety of treatments. Guests can find exotic gardens within the apartment complex . The establishment offers a snack bar, a pool bar and an à la carte restaurant. A playground and a games room can also be find in the complex. The functional rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. In the outdoor complex guests will find a sunbathing area, a main pool, a children's pool and a heated pool (open only on winter). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a workout in the gym or a game of badminton. Breakfast is available to guests each morning. In the evenings, guests may select dishes from a set menu.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
