This splendid beach hotel is situated at the centre of the bustling tourist hub of Roquetas De Mar. The hotel is located very close to the extensive beach promenade and the nearby centre of Playa Serence, which lies just 200 metres away. The hotel is located in close proximity to a host of diverse shops, countless restaurants, bars, pubs and exciting entertainment venues. The pristine sands and turquoise waters of the sea lie a mere 200 metres from the hotel. Guests will be impressed by the contemporary, stylish surroundings of the hotel which exudes peace and tranquility in its idyllic setting. The guest rooms are beautifully designed and enjoy a balcony or terrace which flood natural light onto the surroundings. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
