The apartments are located just a few steps from the boulevard at the famous Maspalomas sand dunes. The boulevard leads to the sandy beach, which can be accessed simply via some stairs. The Shopping Centres Cita, Sandia and Jumbo, are a short walk away, as are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. This small, owner-managed and quiet complex, is ideal for couples who want to spend a quiet holiday. The apartments are spacious and have a seperate bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa set and a TV, a dining table with chairs, and an equiped open kitchen. All apartments face the seaside and have sunny balconies or terraces with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), surrounded by green gardens. Free public parking nearby.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
