Der 2002 renovierte Komplex liegt in einem ca. 4.000 qm großen Garten und verfügt über mehrere 1-geschossige Gebäude mit insgesamt 24 Apartments. Er bietet eine Rezeption und einen Fahrradverleih. Den Gästen stehen Zimmer- und Wäscheservice zur Verfügung.Die Apartments verfügen über Bad/WC mit Dusche. Darüber hinaus sind sie mit Kochnische, Minikühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Mietsafe ausgestattet.Der Komplex bietet seinen Gästen einen Swimmingpool mit Kinderbereich sowie eine Sonnenterrasse. Golfen kann man auf dem etwa 5 km entfernten Golfplatz.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
