Description

This welcoming apartment complex lies just 150 m from the beautiful sandy Cala'n Blanes beach. The nearest bus stop is approximately 50 m away. Completely renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 12 accommodation units and guests are offered access to a wonderful pool and garden complex, a foyer with a reception desk and a bicycle storage facility. Each of the tastefully decorated apartments comes with a bathroom, one or two bedrooms, a dining room, kitchenette, fridge, TV, hire safe and balcony or terrace. All the one bedroom apts have a double bed. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for use. The nearest golf course is 48 km away.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
