Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Santa Maria ca. 300 m vom Ortzentrum und verschiedenen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Der Goldstrand kann durch die Gartentür des Hotels erreicht werden. Der internationale Flughafen Amílcar Cabral ist nur ungefähr 18 km entfernt.An dem weißen Sandstrand von Santa Maria kann man einen wunderbar entspannenden Urlaub verbringen. Die Anlage besteht hauptsächlich aus Bungalows am Strand, die von kleinen grünen Gärten voneinander getrennt sind. Insgesamt gibt es 233 Gästezimmer. Im Hauptgebäude liegen die Superior Zimmer und Suiten, welche einen Blick auf den Swimmingpool oder das Meer bieten. Das Hotel bietet selbst eine Vielzahl von Serviceleistungen, welche durch Drittanbiete in der Umgebung noch erweitert werden.
