This complex is situated close to Tomás Maestre marina, about 400 m from the bridge and 200 m from Mar Menor, perfect for relaxing holidays. In the marina area guests will find a range of shops, restaurants and bars. This complex, with a 10-storey building, features a supermarket and restaurant open all year. All apartments have a bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a living room and an American-style kitchen. The complex includes a swimming pool and a tennis court.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
