Please take note that there is no lifts at Oceano apartments and that all the standard studios, Pool View High Floor studios and Deluxe High floor studios are situated at the first or second floor with access by staircases.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
